Cuarteto que nace de la voluntad de seguir rockeando con integrantes curtidos de grupos anteriores como Los Tupper (Santander) o The Gain (Madrid). Un proyecto con el propósito y de pasarlo bien y tocar rock directo con destellos de power pop, indie e incluso punk.

En 2014 grabaron su debut álbum "What´s your plan" en Drive Division Estudios de Santander. Grabación directa y con aires setenteras. 8 píldoras facilonas de pillar e incluso cantar en una primera cita con el grupo. En directo prometen energía y algún y otro pose de la vieja guardia.

Influencias de todo tipo entre melómanos natos. Guns, The Saints, rock sueco, Beck, Bowie, Stones, The Kids, Buzzcocks…

Royal Podencos son Hans Eguinoa – voz y guitarra, Toni Arenal – bajo, Jonny Santamaría – batería, Jota – guitarra.

This is the second album I listened. In my experience, when the first album makes a big impression, the second one is a bit of a let down, because your expectations are just too high to be met.
