Vuelven los Paniks!

Algunos ya habíamos perdido la esperanza de escuchar esta frase de nuevo. Pero no, aquí están con el EP "Maribel", 3 años después de "Los valientes andan solos" y en este tiempo han aprovechado para afilar bien sus herramientas, su sonido y su discurso.

Desayunan con Gun Club, toman el aperitivo con los Cramps, meriendan con Screamin' Jay Hawkins, cenan fuerte con Andre Williams y se van de copas con la Blues Explosion.

En este nuevo EP nos traen dos temas propios, agresivos, sin domesticar, rozando la psicopatía, que te evocan a ese vecino amenazante con el que prefieres no subir en el ascensor.

Y nos ahogan con un cover brutal de Reigning Sound ("Drowning", respetando el inglés original) y nos sepultan con el "Walking on my grave" de Dead Moon (castellanizado como "Sobre mi tumba", no preguntéis por el aleatorio uso de los idiomas, qué más da!) y cuando terminas de escucharlo necesitas un abrazo de alguien querido, que te acuesten y te arropen y salir de esta pesadilla tóxica.

Pero sabes que volverás a ella en cuanto se te pasen sus perversos efectos porque han vuelto los Paniks y te vas a dejar torturar por ellos...
